However the brain responds to this false fear in the form of a anxiety panic attack. The type of fear and thoughts that cause these attacks may be very different from person to person. This is the reason it is important to understand the exact trigger that causes panic attacks.
Listed below are some of the common panic attack symptoms
- Accelerated or fast paced heart beats
- Breathlessness
- Shaking or trembling
- Fear of losing control
- Hot flushes or chills
- Choking sensation in the throat or feeling the presence of a lump in the throat

- Disturbing thoughts and feelings
- Sweating
- Indigestion, nausea, diarrhea and or stomach discomfort
- Pain in the neck and or shoulder muscles
- Feeling of pins and needles pricking toes and fingers
- Chest pain and palpitations
Many a times anxiety panic attacks may come without any warning signal and this type of attack is considered to be the spontaneous one.
Then there may be certain events or situations that act as trigger for these attacks. This type is known as the situational panic attack. For example the very thought or fear of giving a lecture to the public could trigger an attack. This may happen before or during the lecture.
When a person gets anxiety panic attacks after repeated exposure to a certain even or situation then it is called the situation predisposed.
A combination of panic attack symptoms may be responsible for the attacks. A person having more that 3-4 of the symptoms mentioned above is surely an indication of panic attack and needs proper examination by a qualified doctor.
If a person is getting anxiety attack for the first time then some of the symptoms may not be visible. It is best to take appropriate help to identify the problem.

Great One…
I’m enrolled for a course called History of Medieval Music. I’ve had AP theory in high school, but quite a few of the people in the class are music majors who have had advanced theory. Is medieval music complicated stuff or what?. , http://bghgjut.be...
